BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 2 c. cooked rice 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs Place broccoli in 2 quart dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave, covered, on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir to break up. Stir in rice, soup and cheese spread. Top with bread crumbs. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 6 to 8 minutes before serving. If temperature probe is used, insert probe in center of casserole and heat until temperature reaches 150 degrees.
