MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER UPS 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. margarine 2 to 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 Tbsp. shortening Put peanut butter and margarine in 2 quart bowl, cook 2 to 3 minutes on High until melted. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar until stiff. Press firmly into 12 x 8-inch or 13 x 9-inch dish. In small bowl melt chocolate chips and shortening at 50% power until shiny. Stir until mixed. Pour over bars, spreading carefully. Cut when cooled.
