1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne
4 hamburger buns
In 1 quart casserole, combine ground beef, onions and
celery. Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is
no longer pink, stirring once. Drain. Stir in remaining
ingredients except buns. Cover. Microwave at Power Level 7
for 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and flavors are blended.
Divide evenly among buns.
