(Children's Microwave Recipe)
1 medium size green tipped
1 heaping tsp. mini
1 heaping tsp. peanut M&M's

Hold banana as if it were a boat. With a knife, cut
from one tip to the other, through the top peel and halfway
through the banana. Press ends slightly to "open" up the boat.
Fill boat with marshmallows. Top with M&M's. Place "boat" on
a paper plate or microwaveable plate. Lay plastic wrap over
the top. Do NOT seal! Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for
1 minute and 15 seconds or until marshmallows melt (candy
shells will crack a little). Remove plastic wrap. Let cool at
least 2 minutes. Eat with a spoon right out of a boat. Makes
1 serving.
Note: Don't be surprised if the peel turns black.
