2 c. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate or
peanut butter chips
1 (10 oz.) jar marshmallow

Add 1/2 small jar peanut butter when making peanut
butter fudge.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a buttered large glass
mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on Roast
(low-medium) for 10 minutes (11 for peanut butter). Stir and
continue cooking 5 to 6 more minutes (7 minutes for peanut
butter) or until mixture forms soft ball in cold water. Stir
in chips until melted. Fold in marshmallow cream, nuts and
vanilla. (Add peanut butter to the chips when making the
peanut butter). Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill
until firm.
