STROGANOFF SUPERB

3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 lb. round steak, cut into
thin strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced
mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
cubed
2/3 c. milk
hot parsleyed noodles

Place butter or margarine in a deep 2 quart heat resis-
tant, nonmetallic casserole. Melt on Full power 30 seconds.
Add steak strips to butter and heat, uncovered on Full power
for 10 minutes or until meat is browned. Add onion, mushrooms
and seasoning to meat. Heat, uncovered, on Full power for 4
minutes. Add cubed cream cheese and milk to meat mixture and
heat, uncovered, on Roast for 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
Stir occasionally. Serve over hot parsleyed noodles. Serves
4.
