LAREDO STYLE NACHOS

20 corn taco or tortilla chips
1 (10 oz.) can bean dip
guacamole dip (optional)
jalapeno peppers, sliced
(optional)
shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Spread chips with bean dip and guacamole dip, top with
peppers and cheese. Arrange of wax paper-lined glass oven tray
or serving plate. Cook on Medium 1 to 2 minutes or until
cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Repeat as desired.
