1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a 2 quart glass
measuring cup. Cook on High for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on
Medium-High for 5 minutes, stirring at 1 1/2 minute intervals.
Mixture looks curdled at this point. Add chips, marshmallows,
nuts and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Beat 1
minute. Fudge should become dull looking. Drop by teaspoons
onto waxed paper. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for fudge to cool and
harden. Makes 4 dozen.
