MICROWAVE POTATOES 'N CHEESE|
5 lb. potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick oleo
Peel and cube potatoes. Microwave in salted water until
potatoes are cooked. (Times will vary). In casserole dish,
slightly mash potatoes and oleo together. Top with chunks of
cheese and microwave until cheese is hot and bubbly.
