1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies,
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. lettuce, chopped
2 diced tomatoes

Cook beef in microwave in plastic colander on High for 5
to 7 minutes. Sprinkle onion on top and microwave 4 to 6
minutes. Pour off grease. Blend in chili powder and chilies,
and place in 10-inch pie plate. Combine eggs, milk, 1 1/2 cups
cheese and Bisquick. Pour over meat. Microwave on 70% (Medi-
um-high) for 14 to 16 minutes. Rotate every 3 minutes. Let
stand 5 to 7 minutes. Spread on sour cream. Garnish with
cheese. Surround with lettuce and tomato.
