APRICOT BAKED CHICKEN

2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut
up
1 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. bottled Russian salad
dressing
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. onion
soup mix

Arrange chicken in 2 quart utility dish with larger
pieces at corners, skin side down. Place small pieces at
center. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over chicken.
Cover. Cook in microwave on Full Power for 12 to 14 minutes or
until chicken is tender. Turn chicken over halfway through
cooking time.
