4 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Cook carrots and onions in 1/4 cup water, in covered
casserole for 8 minutes on full power. Do NOT drain. Add
soup, seasonings and cheese. Top with stuffing mix, mixed with
2 tablespoons butter. Cook on Full power for 4 minutes.
