CRUMB COATED CHICKEN

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up or
individual chicken breasts
and legs
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. crushed Pepperidge Farm
seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Roll chicken in melted butter, then in mixture of
crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Place in baking dish with skin
side of chicken up and thicker portions near outside of dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave at 100% for 12 minutes.
Rotate dish. Microwave uncovered for another 12 to 15 minutes
at 100 degrees power.
