Swiss cheese, shredded (can use Cheddar) 1/4 c. onion, minced 4 eggs 1 c. evaporated milk 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. pepper Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into a 9-inch glass pie plate. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bacon mixture. Cook on Level 8 (Medium-high) for 13 1/2 to 15 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 1 minute.
