1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot sausage
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasteurized
processed cheese spread,
cut into chunks
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 c. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 (8 oz.) loaves party rye or
thinly sliced French bread.

About 30 minutes before serving, in 3 quart casserole,
mix ground beef and sausage. Cook on High 6 to 8 minutes until
thoroughly cooked. Drain. Add cheese and remaining ingredi-
ents except bread. Cook on High 2 to 3 minutes until cheese
melts, stirring every minute. Spread heaping tablespoon of
mixture on each slice of bread. Arrange on large platter.
Heat on High 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining bread
slices. Makes approximately 70, 85 calories each.
