SPAGHETTI SAUCE 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. sage (ground) In 2 quart casserole, combine crumbled ground beef and onion. Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring after half the time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at High 5 minutes. Reduce power to 50 degrees (Medium). Microwave 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
