Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 8 medium chicken thighs (about 2 lb.) You may substitute, using 3 pounds of chicken wings and a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Prepare barbecue sauce: In 2-quart bowl, cook onions, green pepper, garlic clove, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and salt, covered, on High 8 to 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender, stirring twice. Set aside, covered. In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, arrange chicken thighs in single layer; cook, covered, on High 10 minutes, rearranging once. Discard drippings. Spoon sauce over chicken; cook, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes longer, until chicken is fork-tender. Makes 4 main-dish servings, about 415 calories per serving.
