MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 2/3 c. milk 1 small onion, chopped 1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. catsup Mix all ingredients, except catsup. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish. Cover top with catsup; cover with wax paper. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 22 to 24 minutes until no longer pink in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
