MICROWAVE CHEESE POTATOES|
1 stick margarine
6 medium-large potatoes
(quantity can vary)
salt and pepper
5 slices Kraft American cheese
Melt margarine in microwave in casserole dish. Cut
potatoes in cubes and place in margarine. Add a dash of salt
and pepper. Cook in microwave approximately 15 minutes on
Maximum power or until tender, stirring occasionally. When
done, place cheese on top of potatoes and heat again until
cheese has melted.
