CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP|
6 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. finely chopped cooked
In 2 1/2 quart bowl, melt butter by microwave. Stir in
flour, then milk, broth and seasoned salt. Cook by microwave
for 6 minutes, stirring often. Add chicken; cook 1 minute.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
