SALISBURY STEAK (Microwave) 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten dash of pepper 1/4 c. water Place onion and oil in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook on Full Power for 1/2 to 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add ground beef, 1/4 cup soup, bread crumbs, egg and pepper. Mix well and shape into 6 patties. Arrange in 2 quart utility dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 6 to 7 minutes. Turn patties over halfway through cooking time; drain. Blend remaining soup with water; pour over meat.
