MICROWAVE FISH

1 lb. haddock or scrod
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
bread crumbs or crushed
crackers*
salt and pepper to taste

*I use seasoned bread crumbs.
Wash fish and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread
crumbs over fish. Pour melted margarine over bread crumbs.
Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
