1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) mushroom pieces,
3/4 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. slivered olives
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Crumble beef in 2 quart casserole. Add onion and
garlic. Cook, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir once. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, 15 to 17 minutes
until noodles are tender. Stir 2 or 3 times. Sprinkle with
cheeses. Cook, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
