Microwave margarine uncovered in 1-pint glass measuring
cup until melted, about 30 seconds. Stir in flour and pepper
with fork. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave uncovered 1
minute, stir. Microwave uncovered 1 minute longer; stir. Add
cheese and pepper sauce. Microwave until thickened, 1 to 1 1/2
