SWISS STEAK

2 lb. beef round steak, cut
into 1-inch thick pieces
flour
salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes,
blended
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
water

Flour meat. Add salt and pepper, tomatoes, onion and
green pepper. Cook covered on High for 5 minutes. Cook on
bake (60% power) for 20 minutes. Turn meat over. Cook covered
on bake for 20 minutes more or until tender. Add water if
necessary. Do not brown meat first.
