1/2 c. finely chopped celery,
green pepper and onion
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper
In 2 quart casserole, combine celery, green pepper,
onion, oil and garlic. Cook at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or
until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients;
cover with lid. Cook at High 3 minutes and at Medium 5 to 6
minutes; stir once. Stir; let stand covered 5 minutes before
