GOURMET MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 pkg. instant beef broth 1/4 c. water 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion 2 Tbsp. bell pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 lb. ground beef Combine crumbs, beef broth, onion, pepper and water in large heat-resistant bowl. Heat, uncovered on Full power, 4 minutes. Stir in salt, dry mustard, egg and meat. Press firmly into an 8 1/2-inch heat-resistant round microwave dish, with custard cup in the center, right side of cup facing down. The ring shape will bake very evenly and the excess fat will be collected under the cup. Heat with plastic wrap or paper towel over, on Full power for 12 minutes.
