2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 c. rice (white)
Combine water, salt and butter in glass casserole.
Cover and heat to boiling, 5 minutes on High. Add rice; stir.
Cover and cook for 10 to 14 minutes on simmer. Allow to stand
5 minutes before serving.
