ITALIAN FISH 1 lb. fish fillets (I usually use pollack) 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 pkg. zesty Italian dry dressing mix 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 to 2 tsp. Lawry's lemon pepper 1 to 2 egg whites, lightly beaten 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Combine all ingredients except the fish and the egg whites. Then dip fish into the egg whites, then roll in the crumb mixture. Place in a shallow microwave dish. Cover with a paper towel. Cook on High until fish is done, usually 4 to 5 minutes, depending on how thick your fish is. Let stand 1 minute.
