ITALIAN FISH

1 lb. fish fillets (I usually
use pollack)
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 pkg. zesty Italian dry
dressing mix
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 2 tsp. Lawry's lemon
pepper
1 to 2 egg whites, lightly
beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
(optional)

Combine all ingredients except the fish and the egg
whites. Then dip fish into the egg whites, then roll in the
crumb mixture. Place in a shallow microwave dish. Cover with
a paper towel. Cook on High until fish is done, usually 4 to 5
minutes, depending on how thick your fish is. Let stand 1
minute.
