1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. orange juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 to 3 1/2 lb. loin roast

Combine honey, orange juice, cinnamon and cornstarch in
2 cup glass measure. Cook on High for 1 minute or until glaze
boils and thickens; set aside. Place roast, fat side down, on
microwave dish that is shallow. Cover. Cook on Medium temper-
ature for 10 minutes. Turn roast over. Cover and cook at a
Medium power for 12 to 15 minutes or until the temperature
probe is 160 degrees. Brush on half the glaze. Cook uncovered at
Medium power for 1 to 2 minutes or until glaze bubbles. Brush
on the rest of the glaze and let set for 10 minutes.
