WILD RICE PILAF STUFFING 1 (6 oz.) box quick-cooking long grain and wild rice 2 c. hottest tap water 2 Tbsp. margarine 1 (3 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes In a 2 quart casserole, empty rice and seasoning packets from box. Add hot water and margarine. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and microwave on High power 4 to 5 minutes, or until boiling. Then, microwave on High power 5 minutes. Stir in drained mushrooms, bell pepper and parsley. Re-cover and let stand 5 minutes.
