MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 3 1/2 to 4 qt. popcorn 1/2 c. margarine 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda Mix margarine, brown sugar and salt in glass bowl. Micro on High until boils, then boil 2 minutes. Remove. Stir in soda and mix well. Put popcorn in large brown bag which has been sprayed with Pam. Pour mixture over popcorn; shake well. Put sack into micro on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake again and micro for 1 1/2 minutes more. Shake again and put on cookie sheet to cool.
