SPICY MEAT LOAF
(6 Servings)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. hot style catsup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion,
salt, chili powder and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Place in
ring mold and cook, covered with waxed paper, at 70% power for
12 to 14 minutes. Or, place in loaf pan and cook, covered with
waxed paper at 70% power for 20 to 22 minutes. Turn once.
Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Spread over meat
loaf and cook, uncovered, at Full Power for 1 1/2 minutes. Let
stand 5 minutes before serving.
