HAMBURGERS

Place four 1/4-pound hamburgers on roasting rack or
plate. Cook on Full Power for 2 minutes. Turn burgers over.
Cook on Full Power for 2 more minutes. Let stand 1 to 2
minutes. Or, preheat browning dish for 6 minutes and cook as
before.
Oven Roast: Place roast on rack, fat side down. Cover
loosely with waxed paper. Insert probe and cook to desired
internal temperature on level 5. Turn over approximately
halfway through the total cooking time. Let stand under a tent
of aluminum foil for 15 minutes before slicing. Internal
temperature will continue to rise. Rare: 130 degrees; Medium:
140 degrees; Well Done: 150 degrees.
