PORK CHOPS CREOLE
(4 Servings)
4 lean pork chops
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce

Arrange chops in 12 x 8-inch baking dish with meatiest
portions to outside of dish. Combine remaining ingredients and
spread over chops. Cover. Microwave 5 minutes on Full Power,
then microwave 15 to 18 minutes on Level 6 or until chops are
tender. Serve over rice.
