1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. powdered marjoram
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whole wheat bread

Cut fish into serving pieces. Arrange in 8-inch square
glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, marjoram, wheat
germ and onion. Spoon mayonnaise over each fillet; spread
evenly. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 4 to 4 1/2 minutes
(High) or until fish flakes easily. Rotate dish once. Top
with bread crumbs. Preheat broiler; place dish 3-inches from
heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
