GOLDEN CHICKEN IMPERIAL (4 Servings) 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs 2 tsp. dry parsley flakes 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Microwave (High) butter in glass dish 1/2 to 1 minute until melted. Stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Brush chicken with butter mixture and place skin side up in 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Combine crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper; sprinkle over chicken. Cover with paper towel. Microwave (High) 20 to 25 minutes until tender, rotating dish once or twice.
