Brush breast with 1/4 cup melted butter combined with 1
teaspoon paprika. Place on roasting rack and cover with waxed
paper or place in plastic roasting bag. Place 1-inch slit in
top of bag and tie closed with string or rubber band. Micro-
wave 70% power for 9 to 11 minutes per pound. Start breast
side down, turn over halfway through. Let stand under foil 15
minutes before slicing.
