FLOUNDER IN SHRIMP SAUCE|
4 flounder fillets (about 1/4
1/4 c. white wine or milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can condensed cream of
parsley or slivered almonds
In 8-inch square dish, roll up fillets and arrange seam
side down. In small bowl, combine soup, wine and cheese.
Spoon over fillets. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat High 7 1/2
to 8 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Garnish with
almonds or parsley. Yields 4 servings.
