PIZZA BEEF LOAF|
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. crushed saltine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella
6 stuffed green olives, sliced
Combine beef, crackers, onion and egg. Add tomato
sauce, salt, sage, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Mix
lightly but thoroughly. Place in ring mold. Spread catsup
over top of meat. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 70% for
14 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and oregano.
Microwave High 15 seconds. Let stand 5 minutes. Yields 6
