EASY LASAGNA 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 lasagna noodles (uncooked) 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese In large glass bowl, crumble ground beef. Heat at High 2 to 3 minutes or until browned; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Meanwhile, combine Ricotta, egg and pepper. In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers. Heat, covered with plastic wrap, at High 8 minutes and at 50% for 30 to 32 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand, covered, 15 minutes before serving.
