TERIYAKI ROLL-UPS
(Makes 50)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. round or sirloin
steak, cut diagonally into
very thin strips
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts,
cut into halves

Combine soy sauce, garlic, onion, sugar, Worcestershire
sauce, ginger and salt. Add meat strips and stir to coat
evenly with sauce. Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature,
stirring occasionally. Wrap one strip of meat around a water
chestnut half; secure with toothpick. Arrange on shallow glass
serving dish. Microwave (High) 3 to 4 minutes, rotating dish
1/4 turn halfway through cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes
before serving.
