STUFFED MUSHROOMS
(Yields 12 To 14)
12 to 14 medium-large
mushrooms
2 Tbsp. finely diced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. imitation bacon bits
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Clean mushrooms. Remove stems from caps. Chop stems.
Place onion, butter and mushroom stems in small bowl. Cook on
High for 1 1/2 minutes or until vegetables are partially
cooked. Add remaining ingredients. Stuff mushroom caps.
Place on serving plate and cook at Level 8 for 3 to 4 minutes
or until hot.
