SOMBRERO DIP 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. extra hot catsup 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans with liquid, mashed 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese chopped green onions chopped stuffed green olives large size corn chips Place beef and onion in 2-quart casserole. Microwave (High), covered, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain. Add catsup, chili powder, salt, beans and cheese. Microwave (High) 3 to 4 minutes or until heated. Garnish with onions and olives. Serve with chips.
