1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes and
green chilies (Mexican food
section of store)
Cut cheese into chunks and place in 1 1/2-quart casse-
role. Add tomatoes. Microwave (Level 8) 3 minutes. Stir.
Microwave (Level 8) 3 more minutes or until cheese melts. Stir
thoroughly. Serve warm with corn chips or taco chips.
