CHEESY CLAM FONDUE
(Yields 2 Cups)
8 oz. processed cheese
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams
3 Tbsp. finely chopped green
pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Cut cheese into cubes. Place in 3-cup glass serving
dish. Drain clams and add 1/4 cup liquid to cheese; set clams
aside. Microwave (High), uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or
until cheese is just about melted, stirring once. Add remain-
ing ingredients and clams. Microwave (High) uncovered, 2 to 2
1/2 minutes or until hot. Serve with vegetables or cubes of
French bread for dipping into mixture of cheese. Return to
microwave as needed to reheat.
