STRAWBERRY PIE (One 9-Inch Pie) 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust 1 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. cornstarch dash of salt 1 c. water 4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O 1 qt. fresh strawberries Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in 2 cup glass measure. Gradually add water. Microwave (High) 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and clear. Add Jell-O. Mix with straw- berries and pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate.
