CRUSTLESS QUICHE LORRAINE|
9 slices cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into 9-inch glass pie
plate. Microwave milk in glass measure, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or
until steaming. Pour milk into blender or mixing bowl. Add
eggs and seasoning. Blend. Pour over bacon mixture. Micro-
wave 11 to 13 minutes (50%), rotating once. Let stand 5 to 10
minutes before serving.
