CHIPPED BEEF DIP|
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 oz. dried beef, minced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. sour cream
4 tsp. minced onion
Combine nuts and butter. Microwave (High) 2 minutes.
Soften cream cheese (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes. Combine cream
cheese and remaining ingredients. Spread into greased 1 1/2
quart casserole. Top with nuts. Microwave (50%) for 10
minutes. Serve with crackers.
