CHERRY CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE

1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie
filling
1 pkg. (18 1/2 to 18 3/4 oz.)
devil's food cake mix (2
layer size)
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Butter or grease 12-cup ring cake dish. Sprinkle with
granulated sugar. Spread half of cherry pie filling in cake
dish. In large bowl, combine remaining cherry pie filling and
remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Pour
into ring dish. Microwave (50%) for 12 minutes. Microwave
(High) 5 to 8 minutes. Rotate pan about every 5 minutes. Let
stand 10 minutes. Invert onto plate. Cool before slicing.
